The flexible mixing and preparation systems at our facilities are suitable for any fermented products with or without flavor.

We use ultrafiltration system in the production of White cheese.

Our aseptic dairy products are processed by indirect UHT systems and filled by Tetra Pak aseptic filling machines. Fermented drinks are packed in Tetra Top and preformed cups with the most hygienic systems.   

We strictly adhere to the latest manufacturing guidelines like Food Safety System Certificates (TSE FSSC 22000 ISO/TS 22002-1) and Environmental Standards (ISO 14000).

The baktofugation included in our pasteurization process ensures bacteria reduction before pasteurization, which enables us working with a lower pasteurization temperature thus keeping the neutral taste of milk. 

All our milk tanks are kept in high quality positive air systems to prevent airborne contamination. Thus, we obtain higher shelf life and higher quality.
